Growth Communications & Sales Operations Associate

Role Overview

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and execution-driven operator to help run and scale our go-to-market engine across communications, engagement, CRM, sales operations, and partner ecosystem management.

This is not a coordination role — this is an end-to-end execution ownership role.

You will be responsible for ensuring that:

  • Every lead is engaged
  • Every conversation moves forward
  • Every opportunity is tracked and progressed
  • Every system (CRM, APN, communications) is accurate and up to date

You operate at the center of marketing, sales, and partnerships, ensuring consistency, speed, and zero execution gaps.

Key Responsibilities

Communications & Engagement

  • Own all outbound and inbound communication workflows across the company.
  • Manage email campaigns, outreach, and follow-ups.
  • Handle customer and prospect engagement across channels.
  • Ensure fast, clear, and high-quality responses at all times.
  • Track every interaction and maintain full visibility of conversations.
  • Ensure zero missed messages, leads, or follow-ups.
  • Social Media Execution

  • Own execution, consistency, and responsiveness across all social channels.
  • Create, publish, and manage content across LinkedIn, X, and other platforms.
  • Respond to 100% of comments, messages, and interactions.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all Lines of Business.
  • Monitor performance and continuously optimize engagement and reach.
  • Webinar & Event Execution

  • Plan and execute events that drive pipeline.
  • Own webinar execution end-to-end: scheduling, landing page setup, invitations, reminders, live session support, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and speakers.
  • Track attendance and convert participants into qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate event tracking and reporting.
  • Sales Operations & Pipeline Follow-Through

  • Ensure momentum across all sales activities.
  • Support inbound and outbound sales workflows.
  • Ensure every lead is contacted quickly, properly qualified, and progressed through the pipeline.
  • Own follow-up cadence and discipline.
  • Eliminate bottlenecks and ensure deals keep moving.
  • CRM Ownership (Critical Function)

  • Maintain full ownership of CRM accuracy and pipeline visibility.
  • Ensure CRM data is always accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Create, update, and manage opportunities.
  • AWS APN & Partner Operations

  • Support and operationalize partner-driven revenue workflows.
  • Manage AWS APN processes: opportunity creation and updates, funding program tracking.
  • Key Traits (Non-Negotiable)

  • Self-starter who figures problems out and executes.
  • High reliability with consistent output and no dropped tasks.
  • Speed + accuracy — moves fast without careless mistakes.
  • Strong ownership mindset.
  • Attention to detail (especially CRM and communications).
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with AWS APN / partner ecosystem (strong plus).
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or AI/technology companies.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Twitter/X, webinar platforms, email automation tools.
