Why we were there
AWS re:Invent remains one of the most significant gatherings for enterprise cloud and AI. As an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner, Tactical Edge participated to stay aligned with the latest platform capabilities, connect with AWS teams, and engage with organizations exploring production AI.
This year's event was particularly relevant given the acceleration of agentic AI, foundation model tooling, and enterprise governance requirements - all areas central to our work.
Topics we discussed
- Production-ready AI architecture
- Agentic systems and multi-agent orchestration
- AWS Bedrock and foundation model integration
- Governance, security, and compliance for AI workloads
- Cost optimization for AI at scale
- Enterprise data pipelines and RAG patterns
What we focused on
Our conversations centered on the gap between AI experimentation and production deployment. Many organizations have working prototypes but struggle to operationalize them - with challenges around governance, cost control, and system reliability.
We focused on how agentic architectures, combined with AWS infrastructure, can address these challenges - particularly for organizations with complex data environments and regulatory requirements.
Why it matters
The themes at re:Invent 2025 reflect a broader industry shift: from model capabilities to system-level concerns. Security, governance, observability, and cost management are now central to the conversation - not afterthoughts.
This aligns with how we approach AI: as systems that need to be architected for production from the start. The event reinforced that the market is moving toward this understanding, and that organizations need partners who can help them navigate it.
