AWS Washington DC Summit

Tactical Edge attended the AWS Washington DC Summit to engage with government-facing organizations and regulated teams exploring practical applications of AI. The summit provided an opportunity to discuss how production-ready AI systems can support public sector workflows.

Our focus was on practical, operational AI - systems designed to fit compliance requirements and assist teams with real work, rather than experimental tools with unclear paths to production.

We introduced Projectory, an AI-powered platform designed to support proposal and RFP response workflows. The platform assists teams working on complex government documents by helping structure requirements, maintain compliance, and reduce manual effort.

The emphasis was on accuracy, traceability, and operational fit - ensuring the system works within the constraints and accountability requirements of regulated environments rather than around them.

Our conversations centered on the operational challenges faced by teams responding to government and public sector bids. These teams often work under tight deadlines with complex requirements, limited bandwidth, and strict accountability expectations.

The focus was on AI systems that assist rather than replace human decision-making - tools that help teams work more efficiently while maintaining transparency, traceability, and accountability throughout the process.
