What ONA Enables

Behavioral and structural intelligence for agentic systems

The Organizational Intelligence Layer

Organizational network analysis examines collaboration connections and work patterns from customer-approved sources. For a selected workflow, the findings can complement formal roles and process documentation when teams design routing, review, and escalation.

Decision Flow Visibility

ONA can map handoffs, review paths, and cross-team dependencies in the scoped data. Customer stakeholders validate the map and decide which findings are relevant to the AI workflow.

Collaboration & Influence Mapping

Analysis can surface roles that frequently connect teams, concentrate approvals, or create a bottleneck. Designers can use that evidence to propose reviewers and escalation routes instead of assuming the formal hierarchy reflects each workflow.

Bounded Use in Agent Design

ONA findings can inform prompts, routing rules, escalation logic, and rollout plans. They do not grant decision authority to an agent. Data access, privacy requirements, permissions, and human review are defined for each use case.
