Tactical Edge

Structuring responsibility for real-world AI delivery

How pricing is determined

Pricing depends on the use case, delivery scope, system dependencies, team responsibilities, and operating environment.

After an initial scoping conversation, Tactical Edge provides a written proposal covering deliverables, assumptions, customer inputs, milestones, fees, and how scope changes are handled.

The sections below show work that can be included. Pricing is provided in the scoped proposal.

Engagement Modes

Advisory & Strategy

Clarifying intent, boundaries, and system direction before execution.

Design & Engineering

Architecture, data, application, agent, and integration engineering for a defined system scope.

Implementation & Integration

Integrating AI capabilities with existing systems and defining release, monitoring, and rollback criteria.

Proof of Concept & Pilot Programs

Testing technical and operating assumptions against agreed acceptance criteria.

Managed AI Operations

Monitoring, incident support, evaluation, and improvement work after launch.

Expert Teams

Adding specialist capacity to a customer-led or jointly led delivery team.

Duration & Continuity

Choose a Bounded or Ongoing Engagement

A strategy assessment or pilot can have a defined end point. Implementation and managed operations can continue through agreed release stages or operating periods. Duration is set after the dependencies and customer responsibilities are understood.

Responsibility & Ownership

• Strategic direction remains with the organization

• System-level responsibility is shared during engagement

• Operational ownership is explicit and documented

• Boundaries and exit conditions are defined upfront

What Buyers Receive

The proposal and statement of work identify the scope, exclusions, dependencies, delivery roles, acceptance process, price basis, and change process so technical, business, and procurement teams can review the same plan.
