The customer was using Zapier, a popular no-code workflow automation tool that can be used to integrate apps and make them work together. However, they faced issues with the overhead of managing hundreds of “Zaps” and started exploring the possibility of building a simple Zapier alternative on the cloud to reduce cost, improve efficiency and manageability.
